Miley Cyrus' cowl neck nude dress was definitely a miss. Cyrus has always been known for not wearing age appropriate clothing and with this dress the legacy continues. It is summertime, a time to embrace bright colors like yellow, pink, and , so on. And being young like she is, she is able to go wild with these colors and get away with it most of the time. Back to the age appropriate point, the dress and the color is just so plain. Cyrus is only 16, a knee length dress is more for the Terri Hatcher generation. As far, as the color even for Hatcher's generation that would be a miss. That's more your grandmother's generation. Miley needs to step it up!
